This week's spotlight shines on Dave Brenner, a strategic powerhouse on BluStream’s Customer Success team. As the go-to partner for clients, Dave spends his days ensuring that every customer is set up for long-term success—whether that means guiding them through tailored strategies, collaborating across departments, or helping solve complex challenges in real time. With a deep belief in relationship-building and a love for all things team-driven, Dave brings both heart and hustle to everything he does.

  1. What is your role at BluStream, and what does a typical day look like for you?

My role is to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes using BluStream’s products and services. I act as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them maximize value and drive success through tailored strategies that not only help with overall customer satisfaction but also on retention, growth, and creating long-lasting relationships.

A typical day in the life features:

  • Morning Check-In: Review my calendar and prepare for meetings. Usually start the day with a team stand-up, checking in with other members of the team on tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Customer Meetings: Meet with customers to discuss their goals, provide guidance on BluStream’s solutions, and ensure they are making progress toward their objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales on potential expansions or renewals and connect with the product team to relay customer feedback or advocate for feature requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any escalations or urgent customer issues. Work with the support teams to ensure timely resolution and communicate effectively with the customer to manage expectations.
  1. What's your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is getting the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers and helping impact their success. I love collaborating with both my internal team and customers to solve challenges, drive growth, and see the tangible value that BluStream brings to their businesses.

  1. What's one thing you've learned recently that has helped you in your work?

One thing I've learned recently that has helped me in my work is the importance of asking more insightful, open-ended questions around their business goals and challenges when engaging with customers.

  1. What do you enjoy most about working at BluStream? 

The BluStream team embraces a team-first approach, where collaboration and supporting one another are at the core of how we operate. There's a collective drive to be winners in every sense, whether it’s achieving customer success, hitting company goals, or tackling new challenges. Everyone’s contributions are valued, and success is celebrated as a team. It's a culture where people genuinely care, work hard, and lift each other up to win together.

  1. What's a fun fact about yourself that most people don't know? 

I hosted a Red Sox Radio Show on a local radio station in NH.
