Meet Kaanchi, our Marketing Analytics Summer Intern at BluStream! Over the past four months, she’s been turning data into strategy through projects like lead scoring, event ROI analysis, and ad benchmarking, all while bringing her creativity as a former dance choreographer and fitness enthusiast. Outside of work, she enjoys music, whodunits, and is already planning her dream trip to Europe.
I’m a Marketing Analytics Summer Intern at BluStream, where I work closely with the marketing leadership team to turn data into strategy. Over the past four months, I’ve designed lead scoring frameworks, analyzed event ROI, and built tracking systems that provide clear visibility into the funnel. I’ve conducted competitive pricing and ad benchmark analyses, mapped SEO and CTA workflows, and developed data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing channels.
I love diving into research and analytics projects that really make me put on my thinking hat. I also enjoy the in-between work conversations with Emily and Jane, getting to know more about them and their lives outside of work makes me feel welcome and creates a comforting, friendly environment.
I’m currently working on ad strategy and helping to ideate our new dashboard both are still works in progress, and it’s been exciting to see them slowly come to life. I’ve also been involved in pitching and building our very own podcast. It’s been great to collaborate closely with leadership on projects that will have a big impact on our business outcomes.
Everyone here is warm, supportive, and approachable. As an intern, it can sometimes feel intimidating, but I’ve always felt at ease, even when working directly with leadership.
Meeting everyone in person at the office this summer was definitely a highlight. It was great to connect face-to-face at least once and enjoy the fun, welcoming environment.
Not exactly hidden if you follow me on Instagram, but I worked as a dance choreographer for over five years, so I can definitely shake a leg. I’m also a fitness enthusiast and love creating unique, healthy recipes.

I once starred in a Hershey’s advertisement alongside Raja Kumari.
