Ken RappChief Executive Officer
Ken is a successful entrepreneurial technology leader with over 30 years of experience as a senior executive commercializing solutions and building internal operating programs to scale innovative businesses in and around the Life Sciences industry. Ken has played critical roles with three successful companies which were each sold to much larger entities and continued to grow and expand. Ken holds a BS degree from Northeastern University, participated in two Patents, and has co-authored several publications. Ken holds the distinct honor of being one of Pharma Voice top 100 leaders in 2013. When Ken isn’t working on technology solutions, he can be found shredding and belting out vocals with South Street Band.
Bob BeanFounder and Chairman
Bob is the visionary behind Blustream technology. He is an experienced executive with a proven ability to identify market opportunities, build customer relationships and develop infrastructures that capture new business. He has over 25 years in the CAD and software industry. He has been playing guitar and singing vocals for over 35 years. Bob can be found playing guitar with B5 (The Big Bad Bean Brothers of Boston).
Mike AudiChief Technology Officer
Mike is a talented electrical engineer with degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Robotics Engineering. At WPI, Mike earned the President's IQP Award in 2011 and the Robert H. Grant Innovation Award in 2010. Mike’s early career has focused on the design of innovative electronics devices in the Boston start-up community. Mike continues to grow rapidly in his career under the guidance of Blustream Corporation’s senior management team.
Michael GordonLeader, Software
Michael graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. His thesis projects involved designing the software and electronics for autopilot systems and weather-sensors for autonomous aircraft. After working in the 3D CAD industry for several years, Michael began working with Bob Bean and Mike Audi to bring the Blustream technology project to fruition. Michael currently leads software development for Blustream's iOS and Android develoment frameworks.
Greg BakerFounder and Board Member
Greg is a highly accomplished, results-oriented sales and channel operations professional with over 16 years of progressive experience designing, launching and managing VAR, two-tier, and OEM sales channels. Greg has been consistently promoted to positions of increasing responsibility through his career and is always the “go-to guy” tasked with development of new, groundbreaking sales programs. Greg parlayed his CAD industry experience to found, grow, and successfully sell his own 3D CAD software business, tetra4D. When not working with Blustream technology, Greg can be found building houses or playing his prized Taylor as lead guitarist in his Seattle-based cover band, American Standard. Greg is Seattle’s other left handed guitar player.
Michael PirainoBoard Member and Advisor
Michael is a seasoned C-level executive with extensive experience in the roles of CEO, COO, CFO and Corporate Development. In his 40 year career, he has managed over 60 mergers & acquisitions transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $2 Billion. Michael has managed corporate governance processes at seven public companies and completed 2 IPOs. Additionally, he has raised in excess of $1 Billion in public and private equity and debt. Michael earned his B.S. in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. He is a CPA in the state of California, an AICPA Member, and serves on the boards of several companies, including GrandDesign Media Services, Foxy Vida, and Aquavit Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is a vocalist and lead guitar player for The Hickory Wind Band.
